Venice Digital Pass

Discover Venice at your leisure

Venice is a popular city and many tourists holidaying on the Venetian Riviera go to the city on a day trip. Venice is the city of hundreds of bridges, canals, boats and gondolas, colourful houses, beautiful squares and narrow alleys; Venice is a must-see, must visit city!

The Venice Digital Pass is a convenient city pass for visiting Venice. With this pass you have skip-the-line access to the beautiful and busy Palazzo Ducale (Doge’s Palace), St. Mark’s Basilica and some museums on St. Mark’s Square. A classic 30-minute gondola ride through Venice’s canals is also included.

The Venice Pass is especially suitable for people who do not have to see everything during a city trip to Venice, but do have the most important highlights of the city, such as the Doge’s Palace on St. Mark’s Square and a gondola ride. A big advantage of this pass is that the card does not have 24 hours, 48 hours or other requirements.

Palazzo Ducale

The Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale) is one of the most beautiful and impressive buildings in Venice. It has been transformed into a beautiful museum, including the private rooms of the doge, meeting rooms, armory, torture chamber and the piombi, the prison cells. In addition to access to the Doge’s Palace, the Venice Pass also gives you skip-the-line access to Museo Correr, the Archaeological Museum and the Marciana National Library.

St. Mark’s Basilica

The Basilica di San Marco is located on the square of the same name and is one of the highlights of a visit to Venice. Inside, enjoy the most magnificent mosaics, the Pala d’Oro (the famous ‘golden altar’), the beautifully inlaid floor and the treasury of the basilica. Be sure to take the stairs up, for a visit to the Loggia, for a beautiful view of Piazza San Marco and for a look at the famous bronze horses.

Gondola ride

A classic trip with a gondola is of course part of a city trip to Venice. With the Venice Pass, you’re entitled to a 30-minute gondola ride through the canals in the city center.

Public transport

The Venice Digital Pass does not include free public transport, but that is not a problem because you can buy one- or multi-day public transport tickets at various places in Venice or in your hotel. The Hop-on Hop-off Venice cruise is another alternative, which takes you past all the highlights of Venice.
